It is all Shakti. God's power. Which is also intelligence. It is intelligence because it has consistent, pervasive laws of Physics. These laws of Physics make the universe coherent.

Buddhism came wayyy after the Vedas. And I don't know anything about the Ajnana school.

However Nasadiya Sukta is Agnostic.

Ignore that part, those schools of thought were only recorded by buddhist scholars, that doesn't say anything about their origins.

And I don't know anything about the Ajnana school.

what is the proof that all is one and all is brahman?I see authors like somananda,abhinvagupta etc and the spanda karika refute the buddhists and prove a soul exists,but not that it is inherently omnsicient or omnipotent and divine .

then smarta say just experience it,which is not proof.
