No, it doesn't. It's a joint, you can't just remove bone there. There's liposuction which would take out literally all the fat if possible in that area.

But the problem isn't fat, it's fucking bone

Broad pelvis is dimorphic and looks aesthetic (at least abs wise) but only if you have the rest of the frame accordingly

There should be some surgery to transform females hips to males by cutting and moving some inner bones of pelvis, changing femur angle of legs and eventually replacing hip joint
