You'd never do that in nature.

Never do cardio in nature you'd never run for extended periods only quick bursts on the hunt

Try kettlebell swing for sexual performance. Gives you hip hinge you need and also high reps works ur cardio good. Do allot of kettlebell swings and work ur abs with planks leg raises etc you are all set/

Squats but focusing on the hip hinge. Try a circuit with squats (goblet squats if u can with the dumbell) ,push ups (if u have a backpack put weights in it and do weighted push ups) and planche/leg raises. This will work the important muscles and Ur cardio/stamina at the same time.
