[HIRING] Commission-based business development / sales partner — clipping agency (remote)

We sign brands and creators onto paid campaigns and manage a roster of clippers who turn their content into short-form clips (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) for pay-per-view.
What you'd do: find and reach out to brands, creators, and companies who'd pay for a content campaign (product launches, drops, streamers, event promotion, etc), and help close them as clients.
Compensation: commission on the management fee for any client you bring in and close. No base pay. This is a new agency, so I'm upfront that there's no guaranteed income yet, but the upside grows with every client landed.
Good fit if: you've done sales, BD, or outreach before and want equity-style upside instead of an hourly gig. Not a fit if you need guaranteed pay right now.
