I am a white western wimp and I have decided to do a gruelling labour job where I work 12 hour shifts and let me tell you, the ethnics and eastern europeans never complain once about the conditions. They are desperate for money and that is why companies target ethnics by promoting themselves as a diverse and tolerant company.
Whenever you see posters talking about how they are a diverse and tolerant company, you should interpret it as saying:
'All ye hungry and tired niggers and eastern europeans. Come work here and do our dirty work whilst we pontificate about the metaphysical'
The same thing happened in late rome. The native romans sat on sofas talking about nonsense whilst the slaves worked the real jobs.
I don't understand socialists who support companies hiring via diversity. They target specific people groups who are desperate so that they can do the shitty jobs and the natives can lay around. Everyone has it backwards.
