still depressed jfl but there is nothing more motivating then seeing the scale go down tbh feels so fucking good its mainly water weight because I was at 208 before and its only been a week but the bloat has decreased a lot in my face but if youre fat lose weight boyos it brings in alot of self confidence and motivation.

tbh i would but i can’t be fucked to buy weights and my parents don’t let me go to gym cause they’re scared of corona

Jfl, when I dieted not eating until 4pm was a struggle. Cause I'd look at pictures and videos of pizza. Now that I'm not dieting waking up at 6 am and not eating until 4 isn't a struggle cause I'm not focused on dieting

that’s why u gotta find the right diet for me it’s keto since i am never hungry on it

Just count calories and fast bro, trust me it's easy as fuck (at first at least).
Fasting is the best way to eat to stay lean year-round.
Add in black coffee during fasting periods and eat filling foods during the eating window.

If you don't want to waste all your will power, some things that lower appetite:
* Protein (Ideally meat)
* High Fiber Foods (Vegetables)

And here's some things that increase appetite:
* Sugar
* Processed Foods
* Eating while watching YouTube or consuming entertainment
* Poor Sleep
