now ofc there r gonna be people who say oh but bonesmashing is a major cope hitting yourself is stupid, well the end conclusion i took from ^^that post is that you have everything to gain and nothing to lose, now, going back to users who ARE doing this method, how is everything about it going? i want opinions

i used a metal wrench (flat), 3-4 sets of 50-100 reps w medium hits for each side, question i am still inflamed from that last session n i got visibly bruised cuz i went overly hard unintentionally on my right side, r u supposed to keep going the next day even if you're bruised? (currently hiding the bruises w tinted sunscreen), what's your guys's frequency? how hard r u actually supposed to go? did anyone else apart from @SpectrumAesthetics3 get results? r there mfs who genuinely got brain damage from bs?

if you're a consistent user, just talk about your experience, i'm interested, tldr even if it doesn't work the inflammation is real and personally i will keep doing it only for that bcs it does last quite a while

Yeah this is how I ended up cornering myself into writing up a rough draft of protocol with pics etc, because I’ve been to enough people what the guy who showed his insane results in private was to me, and I feel it incumbent on be a bit that if I get people picking up the hammer then I need to make sure they are doing it with the highest prospects of success and safely, DM me
