The study shows black children adopted by white parents have an average IQ of 112 at 7 years old. A standard deviation is 15 points. Average IQ for all races has been increasing with each generation and white American average IQ back than was a bit lower than 100. Even if it was 100 that's still a 12 point difference.

I think there's something about Eurasia and Mesoamerica that is special compared to Sub-Saharan Africa. I am assuming that it's probably due to millennia of cultural decadence due to a bad environment and geography for civilization, isolation from Eurasia due to the Sahara as a geographic barrier (which doesn't allow it to get technology from Eurasia), the over-emphasis on being tribal, the lack of stress on education, etc. It took Africa until 1200 AD to form its first empire (excluding Egypt and Ethiopia), the Songhai.

Probably why Ethiopian Women and Egyptian Women fog so hard compared to the others in Sub-Saharan Africa.
