I always hear the self improvement types say, "just imagine what it looks like from a 3rd person perspective" when talking about porn, yet they will preach cold approach like it's gospel. Have you ever imagined how cringe it looks like to hit on a woman? Hell, you've probably seen it, some creepy weirdo hitting on a cashier at a store. Cringe as fuck. I have never once hit on a girl for the simple reason that it is cringe as fuck and I would feel like a creepy weirdo if I did.

I know all too well because I've witnessed it growing up. The guy always looks like a pathetic beggar.

It's so sad when the woman is walking away and the guy is still talking trying to win her over.
