Yep, I do a lot of bonesmashing. I usually hit my zygomatic bones with a hammer or my fist if I don't have anything hard. I do it for 4 times a day but I had to stop for a couple of days because it was kind of getting painful and I was mostly using it as a method to self harm. I went back to doing it though. Anyways, it worked for me. I saw improvement in my cheekbones, it got raised.

I also hit my mandible but unsure if that is safe or not, so I probably wouldn't...
Mewing Bonesmashing thumbpulling saved my life and turned me into a chad!!!
