even then I'm too lazy to get a book from the library, so I mostly end up listening to people read stories on podcasts and analyze them

as a musicmaxxer, if you can afford a drumset then drumming is decently easy to get into (not to get good at though) apart from how expensive and unpractical storing a drumset is. (you can also get an ekit though i guess) Its also a triple S tier cardio excercise because unlike running and shit like that it shouldnt produce cortisol.
