Me and my grandpa used to go fishing a lot when I was a kid in Ukraine, but when I moved to Cyprus all the equipment was left in Ukraine, and it’s been 7 years cba to look

It makes you shredded if you combine it with gymcelling though, cus like you are burning the fat and revealing your muscle

An octopus latched onto my foot when I was a kid at a pier dangling my feet into the water, some guy grabbed it and cooked it at the local restaurant for me I was crying and haven’t been to turkey since even though I have someone living there.

i got an octopus trauma exactly like that
They fucking catched the octopus and beat him alive to make the meat softer, it was litterally a trauma
But it's how they make the octopuses better.

mirin that u do fb but ur probably a minimalist and if i would skip legs and do upper only than it would take like 1.3h or bit more

yeah im focusing on compund exercises and fatigue

I have an East German moped, normally they can only drive 45kmh but the soviets allowed them to drive 60 km/h back then so that still applies to today which is kinda cool.

I tuned it from 3.6 to about 10hp, constantly tried wheelies and fucked up the whole motor. Now I’m saving up for a new cylinder with the 22hp and already got the exhaust here.

It also only weighs 80kg so I’m deffinetly killing any 125ccm 4 stroke
