i been doing this for 6 months now, i see improvement visually in the mirror, but its the first time i see a difference in the way ppl look at me, yesterday 2 girls glanced at me by accident while turning around, then they turned their head again to take another glance at me. i think im mostly delusional because keep over analyzing ppl expressions when they first look at me
