Holiday cut update

Alr guys tmrw im gonna start daily cutting updates for my holiday in 2 weeks its gonna be intense defecit but it’ll be worth it. Im gonna reveal the macros tmrw and have a daily mood update and weight check, doing this pretty much starvemaxxing with no peps (forgot to order a few months back). So ya I’ll see you guys in about 13 hours

The only issue I have with large deficits is muscle loss, I don’t have the greatest insight into it but if you have the patience a minor-medium deficit will function & benefit your physique and mental health. Good luck

I really do too, I can’t imagine being 15+ % bf during summer (literally ropefuel) Luckily I have began taking a medication which suppresses my appetite and I’m just trying to maximize metabolic function along with it. Getting lean is a cheat code to facial and physical aesthetics for sure- you just don’t want a “skinny fat” build

What medication ya I think you def have to go through a muscle building phase skinny fat is the ultimate ropefuel

It’s my ADHD medication, pretty sure it’s concerta 54mg. I had more hunger suppression on my ritalin but I don’t mind a little hunger— it helps with getting nutrients in even if it’s minor.

yah i’m in a 500 calorie deficit rn and i can definitely say you lose muscle in major deficits. Only reason im doing 500 cal deficit is bc i didn’t have an insane amount of muscle before the cut and i don’t really care too much i just want to lower my bf% as fast as possible. but as long as you eat good and at least workout once a week you will def keep most of ur muscle
