Hollow cheekbones

I’ve seen people who have had crazy calorie deficits but they don’t get hollow cheeks. how do i know if i will or won’t get hollow cheeks after the cut?
i have higher cheekbones and non flat zygos but have never seen my hollow cheeks

Not really as i myself never had them and I have pretty high cheekbones and square jaw

If your bone structures good enough cheek hollowing becomes visible in more types of lighting
