Hollow cheeks and high set cheek bones

How could i get hollow cheeks and better and more visible and higher set cheek bones easily from home or workouts for achieving that?

Are you fat? Then lose weight and pray to Gandy heaven. If you drop to a low enough body fat percentage and still don't see hollow cheeks then you just don't have the facial structure for it. Hollow cheeks usually require a very robust malar region and mandible. You're going to struggle to achieve hollow cheeks even at a lean body fat percentage with one and not the other. One could remedy the lack of either through implants, be they mandibular angle implants or malar implants (placed laterally as anteriorly will only make them look bloated).
