Its not because of his hollow cheeks, it looks weird because he has a really long midface. Good angularity will often just look uncanny on bad harmony. Also I think he has TOO hollow cheeks... just like jordan barrett after his buccal fat pad removal.

Jaw filler alone would descend him, he already has good bizygomatic width to bigonial width. There is really nothing to do, his ESR is too low and philtrum is calling. Brutal harmony pill.

Fat grafting would maybe ascend him a little bit but not by much, its not fixing the main issues. Its just for the itachi lines and nasolabial folds.
