How tf do i get hollow cheeks while still being healthy. I cant drop my weight much more.

lower body fat means lower fat all around reduces any fat in your cheek.

Should bulk first so you don't look anorexic.

fair enough but if I had to guess you're still fattish because of how low muscle mass you are, you're 6'2 and 60 kg and youre 15 so theres still baby fat on your face
Probably. Ill just keep going and hope my genetics are good
 
I do have abs
A skinny guy with abs is like a fat girl with tits dude.

try get to at least 80kg especially at your height will take some times though (2 years maybe less since you are going through puberty)

dude your 15 as long as if you dont get to fat there's nothing wrong it takes time.

BULK you wont regret. or do it in a way where you are gaining muscle while staying relatively lean.

yes but do it methodically. Don't just go and gourge on fast food make sure you are training properly and have a rough idea on how much calories. Even if you slightly loose your abs its okay try to first pack on muscle but still have something like a flat stomach.

Also you're only 15 don't over think bro you already are doing better then 99% of your peers

I might play devils advocate there but I wouldnt bulk. Its hard to successfuly complete a bulk without staying fatty for few months after finishing bulk. Max I'd do is like eating at maintenance, maybe an ultra low surplus and just lifting weights, until you hit can bicep curl like 16-18kg

maybe something like a lean bulk? where he's not getting fat but still in a enough surplus to gain muscle dude needs to gain some weight at some point

yeah thats what i was thinking. He weighs 60 kg, surely he can gain noobie gains at maintenance or like 150-200 cal surplus :lul:

bro just take it slowly look up on youtube for some training and stuff.

eat clean and train well try get some more protein 1 gram per lb of bodyweight and you should be good.

You're only 15 it's good you're in the gym already but please do try to bulk up especially at this age it would be so much easier then opposed to later on.

My guess would be he just signed up to the gym with mates while not changing his diet. Thats what I was doing when I was young as well
Yeah did that when i first started just hope the kid goes on a lean bulk
