loosing weight in the wrong way can cause inflammation and swelling making u look even puffier

no if it was water retention then ur weight would still be down but u wouldnt look as puffy as u described it, but after pregnancy my mom tried losing weight and she didnt do it the right way so she actually ended up looking puffier even tho she weighted less
