I just seen a video where a guy says when you eat or drink dont fill your mouth like this

because it work this muscle (buccinator)

so like for every other muscle when you work it it grows and get bigger so you cheeks look swollen
there is an exercice where you simply drink water without moving your cheeks
and when you eat use more little spoons,forks so you dont fill your mouth with food
I just put it here can someone tell me if it works or is it real so i dont waste my time?
