The majority of extremely high appeal men normally don't have hollow cheeks. they still have good bone structure but its covered by more layers of fat. It's only models and psl guys who obess over hollow cheeks. Hollow cheeks often make you look malnutritioned unless your htn+. Shit thread tbh

if you have hollow cheeks because you are malnourished then yes, but you can still have them even at 15% if you have perfect maxilla projection, jaw, chin and zygos they are simply a by-product of all those feautres
