Hollow Cheeks with Recessed Infras

I have mildly recessed infras and i have fat cheeks. Im 13-15% bf I bought aqualyx and plan to blast the fat off my cheeks to give me a hollowed more striking look but im afriad because of my infras itll just give me a tired, ghoul look. Anyone done this before? lmk

try to get more lean try to have a 4:1 potassium sodium ratio and if u don't see any improvement then try aqualyx
