hollow cheeks whats the ideal bone structure for that, can i get more hollow cheeks by getting genioplasty? cuz genio will strech the skin and give me more forward growth right? so that gives me more space for hollow cheeks? and can ccw bimax also help, gives me more facial depth also and more chieseld look and hollow cheeks?

If your surgeon says you NEED bimax with ccw rotation, then you will notice improvements regardless. I don't think it will give you "hollow cheeks" because I assume that depends mostly on your cheekbones (which bimax does not affect/affect highly).

Book a consultation with an "air-way oriented" surgeon. A lot of surgeons don't want to do bimax, especially on young guys, because it's an invasive surgery, so they will try to persuade you into camouflage orthodontics.

Dude, if you want to have surgery to have more hollow cheeks I think it might look a little strange, there's a way to achieve this naturally, first you need to have genetics for that and secondly, do a lot of cardio to dry out your body
