So whats the best way to get them fast if you are already low bf

Hollow cheeks depend on your zygos and jaw


Brad pitt doesn't have them because his jaw is too wide


You need very well projected zygos and low bodyfat to have them


Tho they aren't necessary they're more like a side effect
