I always wonder why some people who have low bf % (around 10-13%) don’t have hollow cheeks. Does it all come to the bone structure? Genetics? Or simply just because they still manage to have liquid retention on their faces?

some people unfortunately still store fat kind of genetic but i think hollow cheeks are sort of overrated. Its annoying cuz all normies are biting their cheeks and doing stupid shit

They can’t do anything to help them lower their fat in their face? Maybe intake more potassium or drink more water?

yea they can do temporary fixes . yea they can by optimizing potassium and sodium to 3:1 ratio but for significant and permanent fixes people do buccal fat which i dont think its worth it. Just fraud temporarily by coldcompression and many other methods

yea as soon as you wake up 3:1 ratio is taking potassium 3 times greater than the amounnt of sodium. Eating a lot of bananas, drinking coconut water etc. I dont have much knowledge but there are tons of threads on this topic you should read the botb one

the only real way to get hollow cheeks is to either starvemax and get to an unhealthy body fat % or pin aqualyx in your superficial fat pads. do not get buccal fat removal, removing deep fat pads does not create hollow cheeks that is a misconception

Yea I was considering aqualyx but I’m only 17 so idk. About lowering my bf %, I’m at 14% and I can see I’m quite bloated, if I do a calorie deficit diet and lower my bf, would I be able to see results?

depends on your genetic body fat distribution, for me I had to literally starvemax and be borderline anorerxic to see hollow cheeks. you can try lowering your body fat but unless youre on stimulant meds to supress your appetite staying below 10% for a long time is extremely difficult.

the only real permanent solution is aqualyx but wait until youre 18

i've never personally tried lemon bottle so idk, but personally i pinned aqualyx myself in my uni dorm room. the low iq foid injectors would probably give you a worse result tbh and it would be like 10x the cost.

you cant go blind from aqualyx, it doesnt cause vascular occlusion, only filler does. i was scared doing it the first session but ive done like 4 now. im ngl I think i have probably hit a nerve a few times but it wasnt serious, just an immediate sharp pain and a small lump that goes away in week.

Due to :

• Liquid retention.
• Lacking of bone structure/ mass.
• visceral fat are active in the face( even with low bf% ) .

The decent bf% to be able to see good face structure, hollow cheeks, etc. is from 10-8%​

Comes down to bone structure and total amount of fats cells in your deep facial fat pads/ subq fat.

If you have this problem you can try aqyalyx as it kills fat cells.
