Hollow cheeks

When I feel my cheeks, it feels tight like no fat in the upper section (from zygo to upper teeth). I have barely any fat straight down from the zygo to gonions. I can feel my bones in both places. however in the middle it's really fat and when I look in a camera or a mirror I don't have any hollow cheeks.

Is this just buccal fat?
