Losing weight normally is going to be better overall

Best thing is losing weight. Second best thing is upping your potassium intake and lowering sodium. I still eat a decent amount of sodium every day but bc my potassium is so high it never rly bloats me.

If ur not happy with those results then u have to think about buccal fat removal or fat dissolvers

I did aqualyx DIY one time, the swelling is brutal asf. You need to do at least 3-4 sessions. I'm planning to do the second session during summer

Very little result, but it was only one session. Ofc you can't notice much. The good shit is that the result are permanent
