tdy i realized what i could actually look like if i had less bf% omg ive gotta commit
it prob brought me from like 3/10 to maybe a 6/10 idk that could be cope
any tips on how to do it (besides the obvious shit) is greatly appreciated!!!!

yeah bones def one of the important factors, but even as far as genetics go things like soft tissue development just cant be altered
