Dr. Mike Mew (the founder of mewing) suggests that hollow cheeks are only for chubby babies, and that all adults should have hollow cheeks. He mentions that buccinator muscle shouldn't be used, and if someone doesn't use it, they will obtain hollow cheek. To me, this is utter bullshit. That's like saying you can get no upper eyelid exposure by not blinking like wtf
Where is the truth within hollow cheeks? How can one get hollow cheeks.
