Is there a chance that my hollow eyes are heavily affected by my bad diet and circadian rythm? Will eating perfectly and perfect sleep significantly reduce them?

I see. I'm very lean rn, I bench 80kg at 60kg and I'm 180cm, do you think that makes it a lot worse?minimally, at least it was minimal in my experience, once you go sub 10 it'll get pretty bad I imagine though

No amount of nutrition will fix itIs there a chance that my hollow eyes are heavily affected by my bad diet and circadian rythm? Will eating perfectly and perfect sleep significantly reduce them?
Not looking to completely fix it, just improve it.No amount of nutrition will fix it
It wont add bones lol if its hollow u can improve it (make it look better) indeed by as u stated proper diet and health or u can just buy a 10$ light foundationNot looking to completely fix it, just improve it.
That's exactly what I'm planning, to improve it and then finish it off with some foundation. I think that would improve it a lot, though most of the results will probably be caused by the foundation jfl.if its hollow u can improve it indeed by as u stated proper diet and health or u can just buy a 10$ light foundation
it depens on your problem, not getting enough sleep will probably make it worse but i doubt a good diet could improve it by much. I have the same problem but mine is both due to recessed and low orbital support and very thin skin. You could see the veins under my eyes, it has improved since i started using volufiline, i started like 3 weeks ago it might be placebo but i can feel my skin there being thicker and you cant see the veins as much. if you also have dark under eyes use smt like vitamin c that will brighten them, there was also some patches that were great for dark spots but i forgot the name you could also use smt like that.Is there a chance that my hollow eyes are heavily affected by my bad diet and circadian rythm?
