i have the most brutal hollow undereyes, i really don't know how to fix them or just make them look less hollow

i currently have tretinoin 0.025 cream to try and build more collagen/thicken the skin but other than that im not sure what to do

improving skin can help a bit but if you can get a infra orbital filler or a fat grafting

ive tried concealer but the hollowness is so bad it just doesnt work for me so i just considered it cope

since you are saying it has a huge hollowness DIY filler is to risky to do

i aswell have pretty bad hollowness currently trying adifyline, which i have not seen much information on if it is cope or not theres only a couple threads about it on here but me and my friend have been using it for about 3 weeks and have noticed slight differences it is supposed to increase lipid storage in the applied area

Yeah u have a recessed infras u need custom peek implants which will give 4.6/7mm of projection
U could get ha fillers which will give you about 1/2mm of projection
Or maybe a fat graft
