Hollowing cheeks with Aqualyx/Lipovela = Smile lines

Does this occur? And for what reason. I have muscle driven nasolabial folds. I don't lack structure tbh, but I am torn between hollow cheeks and a youthful look.

Smile lines are either causes by bone structure or lack of fat in the area, so a fat dissolver could cause you to have smile lines, but it could also be something like lack of collagen making your skin less tight
