Hollows

How do i get hollows, im very lean (62/181) and after puberty. I dont think im very bloated. Is it just bone structure? Can i achieve them with buccal fat removal (any serious sideeffects?) or aqualyx?

most likely bone structure if youre certain that ur low bf% but they are so overrated brah

i mean my weight suggests im pretty low BF%, i dont think they are overrated, they are strinking and look "different" you get hella attention with them, right now i just look like a normal guy

my mandible is a lil recessed i think (double chin regardless of BF%) my infras are shit and my upper maxilla is suboptimal, can post pic if more ppl rely

holy potential lock in bro, but yeah u could try aqualyx to locally disolve fat on ur cheeks im not too keen on the topic but it could work, if not i dont think its permanent anyway (?)
