I read an article stating that
"Holy basil or Holy tulsi has anabolic effects on testosterone levels".
So I was looking into it and found a few studies , one done on rabbits and the other on lambs.
Lamb's one:

In the above study , the testosterone levels were increased significantly in the group with high consumption of basil and even increased the sperm quality ( the rabbit study had shown that it decreased sperm count in them for some reason even though it increased test ) and decreased CORTISOL VERY SIGNIFICANTLY.
Just wanted to let y'all know bout it coz i didn't see anything bout it here
