just saw this on my reels tab and I was genuinly flabbergasted
Like how the fuck do you manage to have so much fucking money and not even consult and with an actual professional about how to ACTUALLY improve your looks via surgery
The before picture is so much better and he could have probably just gotten away with only the Jaw implants. I also don't believe in the fact that he needed his buccal fat removed, dropping some bodyfat would probably have sealed the deal.
