holy crap the bonesmashing swelling pump gets better each time

genuinely used to be a hater on it, saying it does jackshit. But for the past month been doing it on my mandible every other day and the swelling/pump/scar tissue gets bigger each time slowly, making me look less recessed

ends up pumping up way faster each time

also get ZERO bruising which is mad
I LOVE IT

Also hurts way less a month after, meaning i can strike even harder
i use my knuckles…

i only do it at night, so i dont do it only for the temporary swelling. There is a slight swelling that is there 24/7 and it’s noticeable for ME
