Whenever irl or texting with a girl ask yourself why you want her so bad, most of the time guy would say emotion, relationship, sex.


BUT the first two you are the giver meaning uour time and energy, so relationship should be her wishes not yours.


As for sex, thanks got I have gotten used to semen retention lifestyle I have forgotten when was the last time I watched porn or masturbate. So being with girls they see me as non desperate they might think that I have abundant, so indirectly I am getting more chance of getting laid without trying too hard.

Yeah I avoid any potential relationship if I don’t have 2+ girls interested in me atm. By having options I wouldnt be needy simp in a ltr too.

I feel that . I pushed a girl away that was insanely interested in me . I ascended around May and i met her in june so i simped to hard and saw her for weeks straight because i guess i caught oneitis because i never had a girl that crazy about me

But yeh to avoid this from happening, dont be needy from the start

i was a strong Ltn when i ascended to about chadlite

- Retin A
- Beta carotene / tanning
- Zygo filler
- Volufilline on my lips and eye area
- Softmaxxing
- Gymaxxing w PEDS
-bb cream


Had good bones as a base but focused on coloring , soft maxxing and it ascended me
