I don't think a 5'9 guy wants 6'4 problems, and I can't imagine a 7/10 at 5'9 struggling with women. I can't see height being that much of a killer, assuming good looks, unless you are 5'7 or smaller. 6'2 is fine, 6'4 sounds like a nightmare and then you combine that with being a 5/10.
