Holy fuck I cant find a good source for supplements (vitamin d&k specifically)

Im Asian and holy fuck there's no good supplement source here. everything is low dose, expensive, and not many.
I'm trying to find vitamin d & k and the dose & price is always like

Price : 11$
Contains : 30 Capsules
Vitamin D : 400IU
Vitamin K : 45mcg

Like bruh.... it's not enough for the dose I want

I wanna buy import supplements from America that someone is selling on an online store but Im worried its fake and not real
Help me out on this I just want vitamins why is it so hard u americans/UK people should be grateful to have such availability to do stuff

Most are cope just take tren. I personaly use iherb and amazon.de

I buyed a vitamin d&k from a trusted source but I haven't seen any changes/progress for months, vitamin k, sunlight & boneshamshing is the only hope I have for my boneless genes

Yes it changed but it was probably more hgh or T4/T3 that influenced bone growth.
