i eat shitting medicine like candy because it's so delicious. magnesium hydroxide aka milk of magnesia. i often have loud raspy farts i think it's the air bypassing all the compacted faecile which increases its velocity. whenever i feel like solid objects are about to burst out when i fart then i consider going to the toilet. best results are when i eat a whole box of fiber one candy bars and get 200% daily requirement of dietary fiber
