i have huge anxiety right now because i have to get something from the mail before she gets here, and idk if she'll get here before, i have the chance to, etc etc, i havent slept for a very long time, and im off high doses of modafinil, i can tell you this shit is 10x worse than depression, i can feel my chest hurt, and like my hearts trying to pop out, every little thing makes my heart sink while simultaneously making it feel like it will come out of my chest, i would say its pretty severe anxiety, i seriously cant rest im "alert" in the most scared and reactive way possible, literally feels liike when something triggers your survival instincts, and your heart drops and you feel uneasy, or like going down a roller coaster, but all that funny feeling is in your chest.
