How much are you planning on dosage wise? IR or XR? I'd recommend IR honestly. Feels way better, quicker activation, and you can take 2x per day. Should cover 90% of your studies or whatever else.

Yes ive heard from experiences IR is better due to its half life and activation time.
I don't know yet the dosage or even drug they might prescribe me
For a newbie 10mg is fine right?
Thoughts on mixing it with caffeine?

I started with 5mg and it worked wonders but I'm also 17.77 BMI so weight and height probably plays a role in that. 10mg should be fine, for Adderall that's still a relatively low dose. I've mixed Adderall with caffeine + nicotine at the same time (I have a known heart issue) and I never felt anything weird. Should be fine. You'll love it btw it's fucking awesome.

Have you looked into dexedrine? its basically addies with 100% dexamfetamine rather then the 75% dexies 25% levoamphetamine.
I remember seeing anacdotes that it causes less side effects.

The praise it gets sounds comical at first but it's everything people talk it up to be. I brought my classes from 20's to completing months of work in mere days and passing with all 70's and 80's. Day after that I got the urge to clean my room spotless and did exactly that. Super cool stuff, but you become kinda dependent on it if you don't keep it in check.
