Just realized that the reason the job market is so terrible is because 99% of HR are foids they treat applications the same way they do men on datings apps extremely unrealistic and delusional expectations and requirements ghosting everything swiping left on 99% of applicants rounds and rounds of interviews just to go with the next applicant (guy lying about everything). And then after all that. they ask why nobodys working (approaching)
