Liver has too much vitamin A and can cause toxicity. I haven't had meat or liver for years and get most the vitamins I'm lacking from supplements and plant protein powders.

To get all your vitamins from real food you will never be lean if you're in your thirties with a slower metabolism. A plant only diet is healthier than a meat only diet, but you need both to get all the vitamins. I cut out the meat and take supplements to cut calories, and decrease cholesterol, save money, and be kind to what they call "farm" animals.

Holy fuck, I’ve never seen a vegan user as idiot as you. Literally sure your stack is 100 shit supplements full of fillers and the fun fact here is that you didn't even read the label for "other ingredients " and all your supplements are derived from animals, JFL here.

You take 10 pills p/day thinking that you are getting your necessary dose of nutrients, but in reality you barely get 1/3 of what you "really get" due to the lack of bio-availability in them and also when you pee (ofc if you pee or think that expelling liquids from your body is bad for your health :feelsuhh::soy: ) you expel all those supplements.

One serving of beef liver (only 100 grams) contains 16x the RDI for vitamin A a fat soluble vitamin that when consumed in excess will accumulate in the liver and cause toxicity if consumed too often.

Eating large quantities as a meal multiple times per week is excessive

The supplements I take don't have gelatin capsules. But even if they were, it's not my fault the supplement companies didn't choose vegan capsules, which are less expensive. My kidneys are fine. I get a blood test once a year and have perfect results of creatine and everything else, so the supplements must be working.
