I called one asking if I needed a referral to make a consultation and they asked "What type of Jaw Surgery?" i said, "I guess bimaxillary advancement, both jaws moved forward for 'sleep apnea'" (its for my looks). The receptionist said "Sorry thats not something we can do here".
