I am 6 ft 2 (188) tall and weigh 82 kg or 180.7 lbs

My shoulders and back are wide but arms are small.Its okay but could definetly be better .

I Legit have to reach 90 kg or something to feel mogger or what?jesus fuck filling out my frame takes so long…

I’m kinda in the same boat I’m 188 as you but I weigh 78kg, I also feel small sometimes or at least without a pump, you will probably have to reach 85-90kg if you wanna look really big,
