I can easily get away with 200-250 a month on raw meat+ eggs + occasional fish. I don’t really pay for eggs since my family buys the food and we have chickens.
I also don’t eat steaks often, I just get ground beef, organs, or some assorted chunks.

I’m not sure about diarrhea, I never had that. However, this diet has completely cured my constipation(which I developed from fiber/dairy). I have well formed easily passed stools every other day or so.

Potatoes are alright although don’t have any micronutrients. Fruits are good aswell but make sure they don’t have any pesticides. Just eat the carbs you feel like you need.

Also vegetables are mostly cultivated and aren’t digestible in the human body.
