the former = no issues even when wearing long term

I think it’s more so you start getting shittier and more inconvenient proportions above 6’3 less so than just being above 6’3
With lifts and shoes your just adding length to the bottom while keeping your good proportions

I wear black socks and baggy cargo pants so nobody knows

But my heels are still intact , theres a slight elevation if u look hard enough but walking past people they dont notice
