right but regardless of what other ways we use, topical fin oral fin or oral dut, that dht is fucking plummeting, Derek goes a little in depth as to why it makes sense that it could not impact serum dht as much as other ways, I think it’s definitely worth trying. Plus Derek is the most transparent no bullshit YouTuber I know, and if people he trusts are saying their serum levels didn’t tank that’s enough for me to use it as my first option. I just don’t see any reason to try anything other than topical dut. You can literally try it yourself and get your serum levels tested after a few weeks to see if true.

Well it’s up to the individual tbh, and depends on the half life, based on half life you want to do it everyday. There is one place in California from the research I’ve done that gives topical dut, but you have to get a hair transplant there. So I’ll probably schedule one next year. And again I don’t think the risk, is any higher or lower than any other 5ar inhibitor, it’s not like some random research chemical that could potentially kill you, I don’t see a reason not to try topical dut, wait a few weeks and get serum dht tested. Worst case scenario your dht serum levels are 0, which is basically what every other form of administration of 5ar inhibitors does. And if you aren’t comfortable with that then just stop and see if it makes sense to try something else, or to use topical dut every other day etc. for me it’s inevitable that I’m going to have to do one of the 4 methods for the rest of my life. I just need to get everything lined up.
