Im assuming they are gonna take a knife to cut your throat im good on that front tbh . I was thinking more so exercises and such like primal screaming , has anyone done this ?

It's probably cope but you should train neck regardless, it's meant to have some effect but will never be significant

I may legit do this surgery but realistically being autist makes talking pointless imo. But maybe in the future if I'm super desperate
 
Voicepilled and lookspilled, you will notice she only said she'd cream if she would hear him without seeing him (fortnite chat or some shit). Voice couldn't save him in real life, still advantageous af.
